Q. What payment methods does Aroma For Health accept?
A. We use Pay Pal which allows you to use Visa, Master Card Discover and America Express.
Q. Are your products Organic?
A. Yes, our ingredients are 100% botanical, and 99% organic and wild crafted. We source our essential oils from around the world, and in many parts of the world there is no organic certification available. In these cases, we source from sustainably wild crafted sources.
Q. Are your products Vegan?
A. All our Aroma For Health products are Vegan except for the Beeswax used to thicken our Chapsticks and creams. Natural Beeswax is very healing and soothing for the skin. We think our Beeswax and Coconut Oil Chapsticks are the longest lasting and most healing available.
Q. Do you use Beeswax?
A. We are committed to botanical and natural ingredients, and we love bees and use organic unfiltered beeswax. The alternative to beeswax is carnauba wax sourced from palm leaves and used to wax surfboards, cars and shoes. Carnauba wax cannot provide the consistency we love for our lip balms. With the exception of our chapsticks and face creams, all Aroma For Health products are 100% vegan.
Q. Are your products Gluten-Free?
A. Yes! We are mostly gluten intollerant ourselves, and never use gluten containing ingredients in any of our products.
Q. Are your products tested on animals?
A. Never! We have many animals and love them all. Our Pooch Perfume and Equine Equipoise aromatherapy sprays are for the benefit of animals, and dogs and horses love these products as much as we do!
Q. Are your products Alcohol Free?
A. Yes. The botanical Essential Oils used in Aromatherapy do not mix with water. At Aroma For Health, we use a coconut oil product named Polysorbate 20 to uniformly disperse Essential Oils into our Alcohol-Free Aromatherapy Sprays.
Polysorbate 20 (polyoxyethylene  sorbitan monolaurate) is derived from coconut oil. It is a non-toxic, nonionic surfactant/emulsifier and a water-soluble liquid used as a dispersing agent which allows oil and water to mix without the use of alcohol. This skin-safe ingredient lubricates and has a soothing effect on the skin.
Q. What if I am or may be pregnant?
A. Important for Pregnant or nursing women: You should thoroughly research essential oils, attars and resins, as well as carrier oils such as apricot oil and jojoba, beeswax and shea butter before using products that contain these ingredients.
Q. What if I am sensitive to smells?
A. If you have multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), are asthmatic, or have allergies, even to some natural ingredients or products, and unsure whether you can tolerate any of these products, please contact us for samples or order small or travel sizes prior to purchasing full-size items. Liability extends to refund price of the items only, minus shipping charges. Customers purchase and/or use products from Aroma For Health at their own risk.
Q. When do you charge your customer's credit cards?
A. At the time your purchase is confirmed on our Shopping Cart.
Q. Do you store my credit card information:
A. No, we do not store or keep any of your credit card information.
Q. What information do you keep on users of AromaForHealth.com?
A. We retain your email address, phone number, address, and order histories for shipping purposes. We never share or sell any of your information.
Q, Can I call in my order if I am not comfortable ordering online?
A. Yes, our Customer Service is available 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST at 619-228-6201. Shopping online at Aroma For Health is safe and secure. A confirmation email will be sent when the order is placed.
Q Can I change or cancel an order?
A. Yes, if your order has not already been shipped. Please call us 619-228-6201 or email us at sales[at]aromaforhealth.com as soon as possible. As soon as you hit the submit button, our fulfillment process is set in motion. Fast shipping is a goal of all our artists and manufacturers.
Q How does Aroma For Health ship orders?
A. Every order is shipped by USPS. In most cases, we ship Priority Mail.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is placed to let you know your order has been received. Please call our Customer Care if you have questions about the status of your order: 619-228-6201.
Q. What if I put in the wrong or incomplete shipping or billing address during checkout?
A. Please call or email us ASAP. Once your order is placed, our fulfillment process begins. We will need your correct and complete shipping address including apartment or suite number to fill your order and get it to you promptly.
Q. What do you charge for shipping?
A. If your order is over $150, we ship free! If your order is under $150, our shopping cart will charge you standard shipping for USPS.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you require shipping to Canada, please call us to arrange for the additional shipping charges. 619-228-6201.
